Sayona Clean Cooking Project (SCCP)
SCCP is an initiative by Nagoya Holdings Limited under the Sayona brand, dedicated to helping households transition to clean and effecient cooking methods. The project promotes the use of electric pressure cookers (EPCs) and induction cooker, which offer a safer, healthier, and more effective alternative to traditional cooking like firewood and charcoal. Sayonapps, through its Sayona Clean Cooking Project SCCP, has partnered with GIZ Kenya and other International Organizations to make electric pressure cookers (EPCs) more affordable and accessible to housholds across Kenya
Through this colaboration, Sayonapps and GIZ Kenya (Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH) and other International Organizations are committed to promoting sustainable cooking practices, improve health outcomes, and support Kenya’s clean energy transition. This initiative ensures more households can benefit from modern, eco-friendly cooking technologies while saving time and resources.
