Warranty Terms & Conditions

Warranty Coverage

• Duration: 1-year warranty from the date of purchase.
• Covers: Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
• Action: Repair or replacement of faulty parts (not full product replacement).

Warranty Exclusions

• Damage caused by:
  • High voltage or power surges
  • Incorrect installation
  • Lightning
  • Lack of surge protector
• Battery failures or exhausted batteries
• Commercial misuse, wear and tear, or cosmetic damage
• Unauthorized repairs, tampering, or missing serial numbers
• Rust, burnt residue, or lack of voltage stabilizer
• Plastic parts, accessories, knobs, bulbs, fuses, glass components

Important Requirements

• Proof of purchase or original warranty card must be presented.
• Dealer’s copy of the warranty registration must be returned within 2 weeks of purchase.
• All warranty repairs must be done only at SAYONAPPS authorized service centers.

Transport & Refund Policy

• Customer bears transport costs to/from service centers unless agreed otherwise in writing.
• Zero Refund Policy – Credit notes may be issued where applicable.
• Spare part delays due to unavailability are considered force majeure.
